Everyone is welcome to a service of dedication for the recently completed restoration work which was supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The Ven. David Picken will lead the service of dedication and this gives us all the opportunity to offers prayers of thanks and to celebrate such a successful outcome.
The restoration enables St Mary Magdalene to continue its role at the heart of community life in Hucknall, offering a haven of peace and reflection. The church stands as a reminder of the presence of God in our daily lives, supporting people at times of joy and of sorrow.
Supplementing our mission, the wider work has enabled us to create an engaging and welcoming home for the history and heritage artefacts to which the church has custody.
