The post Welcome, Revd Helen! first appeared on St Mary Magdalene Church Hucknall.]]> Yesterday, saw the Collation of the Reverend Helen Chantry, by the Bishop of Southwell and Nottingham – The Right Reverend Paul Williams, and the Induction and Installation by the Archdeacon of Newark – The Venerable Victoria Ramsey, officially recognising Helen as the new vicar for St Mary Magdalene church and St John the Evangelist church.

It was a wonderful day, filled with faith, hope and love.

Starting at St Peter’s Church, Ravenshead, Bishop Paul visited National CofE Academy school, St Mary Magdalene Church and the John Godber Centre, to hear of God at work in our lives and communities during the past year.
